    - `subscriptions` SubscriptionsAppPkgSubscription[]
      - `href` string, uri, required — The URI referring to the subscription.
      - `subsctiptionType` 'AppPackageOnBoarding' | 'AppPacakgeOperationChange' | 'AppPackageDeletion', required — 'Subscribed notification type'
