Get rankings by named preset

Rate limit: 60 requests per 60 seconds. This is the default shared quota — it is shared with every other endpoint that has no dedicated limit, so requests across those endpoints all draw from the same budget.

Applies a predefined filter preset. Equivalent to GET /rankings with the preset's filters pre-applied. Unknown or non-whitelisted presets return 404 with the verbatim JSON string "Filter Not Found".
