# listTaxonomies

`GET /v1/entity/taxonomies`

List taxonomies in an organization

## Query parameters

- `include_disabled` boolean
- `type` 'entity' | 'relation'

## Response `200`

Returns list of taxonomies in an organization

- object
  - `results` Taxonomy[]
    - `slug` string — URL-friendly name for taxonomy
    - `name` string — A human friendly name of a Taxonomy e.g. Purpose, Product Category, Folder, Tag
    - `plural` string — Plural name of a Taxonomy e.g. Purposes, Product Categories, Folders, Tags. Defaults to name is not provided.
    - `kind` 'system' | 'user_defined' — Kind of taxonomy e.g. system or user_defined. By default, it's empty, which means 'user_defined'
    - `type` 'entity' | 'relation' | 'system' | 'file_collection' — Type of taxonomy. Whether it classifies: - entity (default) - relation (for relations) - system (for system taxonomies - default for all slugs starting with _system_) - file_collection (for file collections)
    - `icon` string — Icon name for the taxonomy (from epilot360/icons icon set)
    - `color` string — HEX Color code for the taxonomy
    - `created_at` string, date-time
    - `updated_at` string, date-time
    - `deleted_at` string, date-time — Date when the taxonomy was soft-deleted (enabled: false)
    - `created_by` string — User ID of the creator
    - `enabled` boolean — Whether the taxonomy is enabled or not
    - `order` number — Position of the taxonomy
    - `enabled_locations` union[] — List of locations where the taxonomy is enabled to be used. If empty, it's enabled for all locations.
