Get survey by ID

Note that the survey ID ends with the numeric ID you'd recognise from the source data, but preprended with ecology data sampling URL and fish/ or bio/ e.g. http://environment.data.gov.uk/ecology/sampling/bio/558124

Only a single survey can be returned using this endpoint.
