Whenever we receive information about a prospect, we will post it back to your registered webhook.

Webhooks can be registered at the organization level or the property level. Please reach out to the EliseAI support team to register your webhooks.

ProspectUpdate: Posted whenever a prospect is created, or additional information is gathered around a prospect
Handoff: Posted whenever Leasing Agent intervention is required
ProspectEmailEvent: Posted whenever Elise emails a lead or a lead emails Elise
ProspectTextEvent: Posted whenever Elise texts a lead or a lead texts Elise
ProspectVoiceAIEvent: Posted whenever a lead calls VoiceAI
ProspectOptOutEvent: Posted whenever a lead opts out of medium(s) of communication.
ProspectOptInEvent: Posted whenever a lead opts into medium(s) of communication.
ProspectInternalNoteEvent: Posted whenever a lead is added to a conversation as an internal note.
