Toggle Charging

Send charging command (Start/Stop or Pause/Resume). For chargers requiring online authorization, start/stop commands are used. For chargers without online authorization, pause/resume commands are used.

We recommend using start_charging/stop_charging instead of this method as it will be deprecated.
