`GET /v{version}/employees/{employee_id}/dependents`

Returns all dependents for an employee.<p>Scopes: export_company_info, export_payroll</p>

    - `birth_date` string — The Dependent's birthdate.
    - `ssn` string — The Dependent's SSN.
    - `relationship` string — The Dependent's relationship.
    - `tobacco` string — The Dependent's tobacco status.
    - `disabled` string — The Dependent is disabled.
    - `has_diff_address` string — Does the Dependent have a different address?
    - `is_archived` boolean — The Dependent is archived.
