`GET /alertActions/{actionId}`

Retrieve a single alert action.

      - `devices__in` string[] — A list of devices that will always play the audio clip, regardless of the device that triggered the alert. Format: `"<device_type>:<device_esn>"` (e.g., `"camera:10001abcd"`, `"speaker:1001abce"`)
