Release Pending Points

This API method allows the calling application to release all pending points credited against a Wallet Transaction, identified by a Wallet Transaction Id and Wallet Id. Any non-pending point account transactions are ignored, unless there are no pending points at all in the wallet transaction which will return a 404.
