Create Donor Wallet Relationship

This API method allows the calling application to set up a donor relationship between two wallets, Wallet identified by the {walletId} will become a donor for a Wallet identified by {recipientWalletId}. Please note: relationship of type donor is a one-way-relationship (it will only show-up when examine a donor wallet)

STATE of that particular wallet. Could be defined per AIR Tenant as part of the Client Onboarding process and then used, if this list is not defined only NULL values are available.
