# Create a new PDF template from a cached S3 file upload

`POST /templates?endpoint_variant=create_template_from_cached_upload`

Creates a new PDF template from a file previously uploaded to S3 using a presigned URL.
This two-step process allows for more reliable large file uploads by first uploading
the file to S3, then creating the template using the cached upload ID.
