# Add internal note

`POST /beta/conversations/{conversationId}/notes`

Create an internal note in a conversation by providing the conversation id.

## Path parameters

- `conversationId` integer, required

## Request body

- CreateInternalNoteInput
  - `message` string, required
  - `agentId` string, uuid
  - `createdAt` string, date-time

## Response `200`

The created internal note

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid value for: path parameter conversationId, Invalid value extracted from request context, Invalid value for: body, Agent was not found, Invalid date format
- `404` — An entity in this request could not be found
- `500` — Internal failure during request processing
