`GET /v2/coverage`

The full Kalshi head-to-head universe (every match-winner series, wired or not) with per-competition status:
aggregated (paired live), pending (wired, awaiting a counterpart or confirmation), quiet (wired, offseason),
kalshi_only (listed there, no pairing wired), dormant (series exists, nothing open). poly_unpaired carries
the sport-level Polymarket surplus. Written hourly by the matcher pass (discovery inversion, 2026-07-04).
