# Get Account by ID

`GET /api/v2/accounts/{account_id}`

Get a specific `Account` by its ID.

## Response `200`

OK

- Account1 — Information about an `Account` owned by an `Entity`.
  - `id` string, uuid, required — Unique ID for the `Account`.
  - `entity_id` string, uuid, required — ID for the `Entity` that owns the `Account`.
  - `is_active` boolean, required — Indicates whether the `Account` is active.
  - `created_dt` string, date-time, required — Datetime when the `Account` was created. ISO 8601 timestamp.
  - `jurisdiction` 'BASELINE' | 'US', required
  - `brokerage_account_id` string, nullable — ID of the brokerage account associated with the `Account`.
