List all agents

Returns agents WITHOUT the six identity-markdown blobs (claudeMd/soulMd/identityMd/toolsMd/heartbeatMd/setupScript) by default — they bloat the list by ~16 KB/agent and the overview never renders them. Pass fields=full to restore them, or fetch a single agent via GET /api/agents/{id}.
