Retrieves a pre-populated GetIntoTeachingCallback for the candidate.
Retrieves a pre-populated GetIntoTeachingCallback for the candidate. The `accessToken` is obtained from a
`POST /candidates/access_tokens` request (you must also ensure the `ExistingCandidateRequest` payload you
exchanged for your token matches the request payload here).
