# Get a Specific Course

`GET /api/v2/content/courses/{id}`

This endpoint retrieves a specific course for the current organization.<br><br>For Global Admin Tool Organizations, if the content belongs to a Tenant Organization, then the `X-Degreed-Organization-Code` header must be provided. <h3>Required Scope</h3>`content:read` or `content:write`

      - `continuing-education-units` integer, nullable — Number of credits a user can earn from the completion of the content.
      - `is-internal` boolean, nullable — Indicates whether the content is owned by the organization and is not part of Degreed's external catalog. Internal content includes content that was created by the organization or shared with the organization through a bundle.
