# Replace Skills in Content

`PATCH /api/v2/content/{contentId}/relationships/skills`

This endpoint replaces all skills in existing content with the newly supplied skills. On a successful add, it returns a `201 Created` response.<h3>Required Scope</h3>`content:write`

## Path parameters

- `contentId` string, required

## Request body

- RelationshipsSkillsBody
  - `data` RelationshipsSkillsBodyData[]
    - `id` string, required — String containing the name of the skill. The skill name is the unique identifier.
    - `type` string, required — Type of object that will be added as a relationship. Can only be `skills`.
    - `skill-proficiency` string — The proficiency level of this skill.
