Start a SAM daily scan

Triggers a SAM daily scan import operation. This endpoint is feature-gated and only available when DailyScanEndpointsEnabled is true. Returns 409 if a scan is already running.

Number of hours to look back for changes. If not specified, uses the configured default.

Accepted - Scan started successfully

A unique correlation ID for tracking the scan operation.

A human-readable message about the scan status.

The UTC timestamp when the scan was started.
