# Search Investigation

`GET /api/search-investigation`

Search investigations by keyword with optional category filtering and pagination.

## Query parameters

- `q` string, required — Keyword to search in investigation summaries
- `categories` string, nullable — Comma-separated category names to filter by
- `page` integer — Page number (1-based)
- `count` integer — Number of items per page
