# List incident providers

`GET /incident-providers`

Returns configured incident providers such as PagerDuty and SolarWinds Incident Response. Incident management requires an active Dagu license or trial. Developer, manager, or admin only.

- IncidentProviderListResponse — Incident providers
  - `providers` IncidentProvider[], required
    - `id` string, required — Stable provider ID
    - `name` string, required — Human-readable provider name
    - `type` 'pagerduty' | 'solarwinds_incident_response', required — Incident provider type
    - `enabled` boolean, required — Whether this provider can receive incident events
    - `pagerDuty` IncidentPagerDutyProvider — Public PagerDuty provider details
      - `routingKeyConfigured` boolean, required — Whether a PagerDuty routing key is configured
      - `routingKeyPreview` string — Redacted routing key preview
    - `solarWinds` IncidentSolarWindsProvider — Public SolarWinds Incident Response provider details
      - `webhookUrlConfigured` boolean, required — Whether an incoming webhook URL is configured
      - `webhookUrlPreview` string — Redacted webhook URL preview
      - `allowInsecureHttp` boolean — Whether this provider allows plain HTTP webhook URLs
      - `allowPrivateNetwork` boolean — Whether this provider allows loopback or private network webhook targets
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required
    - `updatedBy` string — User ID that last updated the provider

## Other responses

- `403` — Forbidden - requires an active Dagu license or trial
- `default` — Unexpected error
