# Validate MySQL database integrity

`GET /Mysql/check_database`

This function checks for errors in all of the tables in a MySQL® database.

**Important:**

When you disable the [MySQL role](https://go.cpanel.net/serverroles) **and**
remote MySQL is **not** already configured, the system **disables** this function.

## Query parameters

- `name` string, required

## Response `200`

HTTP Request was successful.

- object
  - `apiversion` integer — The version of the API.
  - `func` string — The name of the method called.
  - `module` string — The name of the module called.
  - `result` object
    - `data` object[] — An array that contains a response message for each of a database's tables in sequence.
      - `msg_text` string — The message's contents.
      - `msg_type` 'status' | 'error' | 'info' | 'note' | 'warning' — The type of message. * `status` * `error` * `info` * `note` * `warning` **Note:** For more information, read [MySQL's `CHECK TABLE` documentation](http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/check-table.html).
      - `table` string — The table's name.
    - `errors` string[], nullable — List of errors if the API failed.
    - `messages` string[], nullable — List of messages generated by the API.
    - `metadata` object
      - `transformed` 1 — Post-processing may have transformed the data.
    - `status` 0 | 1 — * `1` - Success * `0` - Failed: Check the errors field for more details.
    - `warnings` string[], nullable — List of warnings generated by the API. Warnings describe non-critical failures or other problematic conditions noted while running a API.
