Get forwarding endpoint status

Returns the last-known ForwardingEndpointStatus for a forwarding endpoint identified by ref.slug. This reads persisted state. It is not a live connectivity probe and does not verify TLS, authentication, or reachability against the destination. Live liveness checking is planned for a future release. The zones_active field in the response may be empty regardless of actual endpoint usage.
