Request upload token for new version of file

Returns S3 credentials for upload. All three keys in the response needs to be provided in the S3 constructor of the AWS SDK. These keys are valid only for 60 minutes. A good idea is to regenerate keys for every upload session (the same key can be used for multiple file uploads made in less than 60 minutes). Keep in mind when developing.
