List an agent's tools

Lists the built-in and custom tools a V2 chat agent can resolve, each with its per-agent enabled state. Integration/connection tools are managed via the connections surface; use GET /v1/agents/{id}/connections for those.

Optional workspace override. If omitted, Conduit resolves the agent's workspace automatically.
