# Create

`POST /api/v1/webhooks`

Create a new webhook subscription to receive event notifications at the specified URL.

## Request body

- C1ApiWebhooksV1WebhooksServiceCreateRequest — The WebhooksServiceCreateRequest message.
  - `callbackTimeout` string, duration
  - `description` string — An optional description of the webhook's purpose.
  - `displayName` string, required — The human-readable name for the new webhook.
  - `url` string, required — The destination URL that will receive event notification HTTP callbacks.

  - `webhook` C1ApiWebhooksV1Webhook — The Webhook message.
