Export Training Pairs

Secret-gated JSONL export of the frontier distillation corpus (frontier_training_pairs). A scheduled job snapshots this to the codag-training-data Modal volume so the LoRA v4 corpus is not captive to the prod database. Cursor via since_id; rows are append-only.
