# Create an invitation for Pack

`POST /packs/{packId}/invitations`

Create an invitation for a user to access a Pack.

## Path parameters

- `packId` integer, required

## Request body

- CreatePackInvitationRequest — Payload for creating a Pack invitation.
  - `email` string, required — Email address of the user to invite
  - `access` 'none' | 'view' | 'test' | 'edit' | 'admin', required

## Response `200`

Confirmation of successfully creating a Pack invitation.

- CreatePackInvitationResponse — Confirmation of successfully creating a Pack invitation.
  - `invitationId` string, required — The ID of the invitation created.

## Other responses

- `400` — The request parameters did not conform to expectations.
- `401` — The API token is invalid or has expired.
- `403` — The API token does not grant access to this resource.
- `404` — The resource could not be located with the current API token.
- `429` — The client has sent too many requests.
