id -- id of the conversation. instance_id -- id of the object linked to the conversation (i.e. Helpdesk case, Fulfillment request, etc.). topic -- topic of the conversation. type -- conversation type. Can be one of conversation or notes. status -- status of the conversation. Can be one of open or closed. events -- the information about who and when created and/or updated the conversation. accounts -- information about partners which are involved into the conversation. actor -- information about the user who created / initiated the conversation. created -- the information about when was the conversation created.
