Adds a reservation note

- PostReservationNoteResponse
  - `success` boolean — Returns if the request could be completed
  - `reservationNoteID` string — Reservation note ID
  - `message` string, nullable — To be used in case any error occurs (if success = false). If success = true, it does not exist.
