# Create VPC peering request

`POST /vpc-peering`

Creates a peering request from the VPC hosting your cluster to the VPC you specify.

**Note**: This action is asynchronous. Different parameters are required for AWS vs GCP.

## Response `200`

Peering request created

## Other responses

- `400` — Request already in progress
