List custom hostnames

Lists all custom hostnames configured for the VPC Connect service. Custom hostnames provide a DNS record under cloudamqp.com that points to the private IP of the PrivateLink or Private Service Connect endpoint. The active field indicates whether the endpoint connection still exists. Inactive (orphaned) hostnames can be removed.
