Create trust store configuration

Create a new trust store configuration. This is an asynchronous operation that returns a job_id immediately. Track progress using the Jobs API.

The request body varies based on the provider field:

  • http: Fetch certificates from an HTTP/HTTPS URL
  • file: Upload certificates directly

Note: Only one operation can run at a time per resource.
