Physical containers this lot is made of (ITE-157). When present and non-empty, the lot is created with one row per container and decimal CreateInventoryLotDto.Quantity / string? CreateInventoryLotDto.ContainerId are ignored (quantity = sum of the containers). Controlled substances require a code on every container. When null/empty, the single-container behavior is unchanged. Reuses the receive flow's container shape (code + quantity).
