Update customer's consents

Use /customers/:customerId/consents to set or update customer's consents. <br> This endpoint should be used just after registration (for checkout) or to enable consents management (myAccount). <br>There are two types of consents: required terms and conditions (Cleeng terms and your terms), and not required marketing consents (if enabled you).
