`DELETE /v1/accounts/{account_id}/orders`

Cancel all orders for an account

A `null` means one of two things: the order is not an option, so the field does not apply; or the order is an option whose underlier has not yet been resolved. When a null/undefined value is observed, it indicates it does not apply.
    - `updated_at` string, date-time, required — Timestamp of the most recent update (UTC)
    - `venue` string, required — MIC code of the venue where the order is routed

## Other responses

- `403` — Forbidden
- `404` — No orders match the specified filters
- `500` — Internal server error
