# Update facility site visits

`PUT /facility-credentialing-workflows/{workflowId}/site-visits`

Replace all site visits for a facility credentialing workflow

  - `attachments` FacilityCredentialingWorkflowAttachment[] — Supporting documents for the site visit

    - `fileType` string, required — Supporting Document File Type (i.e. Malpractice Insurance Policy, License, etc.)
    - `fileUrl` string, required — Supporting Document File URI in GCS
    - `originalFileName` string, required — Supporting Document Original File Name
    - `state` string — The state associated with the supporting document
    - `expirationDate` string — The expiration date of the supporting document
    - `source` string — The source of the supporting document

  - `verifiedBy` string — The user who verified the site visit
