# Update facility state licenses

`PUT /facility-credentialing-workflows/{workflowId}/licenses`

Replace all state licenses for a facility credentialing workflow

  - `licenseSource` string, required — Source of the license information
  - `reportDate` string, required — Report date

  - `flaggedDate` string — Date when license was flagged
  - `dataSource` string — Data source for the license
  - `url` string — URL for license verification
  - `createdAt` string — Date when the record was created

  - `verifiedDate` string — Date when license was verified
  - `verifiedBy` string — Person who verified the license
