# Update facility accreditations

`PUT /facility-credentialing-workflows/{workflowId}/accreditations`

Replace all accreditations for a facility credentialing workflow

  - `idNumber` string — The accreditation ID number
  - `accreditationBody` string, required — The accreditation body
  - `status` string — The status of the accreditation
  - `effectiveDate` string — The effective date of the accreditation
  - `expirationDate` string — The expiration date of the accreditation
  - `source` string, required — The source of the accreditation
  - `createdAt` string — The date the record was created
  - `createdBy` string — The user who created the record
  - `updatedAt` string — The date the record was last updated
  - `updatedBy` string — The user who last updated the record
  - `attachments` FacilityCredentialingWorkflowAttachment[] — Supporting documents for the accreditation
    - `createdAt` string — The date the attachment was created
    - `fileType` string, required — Supporting Document File Type (i.e. Malpractice Insurance Policy, License, etc.)
    - `fileUrl` string, required — Supporting Document File URI in GCS
    - `originalFileName` string, required — Supporting Document Original File Name
    - `state` string — The state associated with the supporting document
    - `expirationDate` string — The expiration date of the supporting document
    - `source` string — The source of the supporting document
    - `createdBy` string — The user who created the record
    - `updatedAt` string — The date the attachment was last updated
    - `updatedBy` string — The user who last updated the record
  - `verifiedDate` string — The date the accreditation was verified
  - `verifiedBy` string — The user who verified the accreditation

Accreditations updated successfully

- `400` — Invalid request
- `404` — Workflow not found
