# Set the credentialing cycle stage for a workflow

`PATCH /credentialing-workflows/{workflowId}/credentialing-cycle`

Updates the credentialing cycle field on the credentialing workflow identified by `workflowId`. Valid values are `INITIAL` (the practitioner's first credentialing pass with this organization) and `RECREDENTIALING` (a subsequent periodic review).
