# Correct the specialty on a tenant practitioner specialty record

`PATCH /practitioners/tenant-practitioner-specialties/specialty`

Replaces the tenant_specialty_id on a TenantPractitionerSpecialty record in data-correction mode. Does not trigger termination events or lifecycle changes.
