`GET /api/cephfs/{fs_id}/quota`

Get the quotas of the specified path.
        :param fs_id: The filesystem identifier.
        :param path: The path of the directory/file.
        :return: Returns a dictionary containing 'max_bytes'
        and 'max_files'.
        :rtype: dict
