Listar vínculos de conta (enrollments).
Lista os vínculos de conta do Open Finance (enrollments) existentes criados pelo usuário. Estas são as conexões estabelecidas com as instituições detentoras de contas que podem ser usadas para iniciação de pagamentos sem redirecionamento. Cada enrollment representa um vínculo seguro que passou pelo processo de autenticação e vinculação de credenciais FIDO2.
