GetDisputeConfig returns the calling org's dispute configuration as a Lumin-shaped projection over the underlying org config. The org is resolved from the auth context, so the request carries no fields.

DisputeConfig is the Lumin-shaped projection of an org's dispute configuration. It is a public view over the SAME underlying org config data served internally to Q2 (GET /v1/organizations/{uuid}/config), exposing only the fields Lumin needs.
