Search Entities For Insight
Entity typeahead for the CAMS prism form.
insight_id is optional so operators can pick entities first; when set, results are scoped to entities that support that insight (carc_ids are representation-scoped). All-digit search values look up carc_id in Neo4j first, then append label matches that contain the same digits.
