Preview Prism

Compute a prism the exact way a refresh does, without publishing — so CAMS can render the platform view of a draft before it goes live.

Stateless: always purchases and derives (the framework purchase dedups on config, so a repeat preview prices to $0). CAMS holds the read-through preview cache; cached is always False here and set by CAMS on its hits.
