`GET /rr/api/v1/contracts/{id}/minimum-commit-preview`

Projected monthly minimum commitment true-up for a contract.

Read-only. Returns the shortfall the month-end batch *would* post if it ran
right now. Lets the contract detail screen show a live floor preview without
triggering writes from the UI.
