`GET /pubkey`

Get our Public Key, in .pem format, to verify the authenticity of our messages

- `400` — Input could not be validated
- `401` — Authorization failure
- `429` — Rate limited
- `500` — Error internal to the server which probably shouldn't have happened, try again later
