`GET /api/sitemap-images.xml`

Per-content OG preview URLs (sitemap-image/1.1) for every qualifying public HTML/site publication. Reuses the publishable-items Caffeine cache slot shared with /sitemap.xml. Caddy should route /sitemap-images.xml to this endpoint.
