Initiate a refund

Initiates a refund for a succeeded payin (payment page).

Sandbox limitation — pages manually marked paid via the sandbox "Mark as Paid" button have no captured payment to reverse, so refunds fail with DB_QUERY_DOCUMENT_FAILED (payment:undefined). This is expected. To test refunds in sandbox, complete a real payment with test-card details first.
